While pottering around in my workshop I was going to use this armour to modify a mego body so seeing how it fit I discovered that it was a really good fit

That is really cool! One of those, "why didn't I think of that" occurrences.
Now my Kalgan figure from "Space Mutiny" can have some company: His chief henchman Lobster Boy (you'd have to watch the MST3K version of the movie to understand)!

It was actually I have been surprised at some of the stuff I have bought for scrachbuild parts in diffrent sizes are useable at mego scale, all I have to do now is get around to castting them and sculpting some armour and all is good

as a kid I often used the MOTU armour and accessories with my Mego figures. always loved the Tri Clops armour because of the shoulder bracket for the sword
You can make Khan with Star Fleet security armor, Awesome!!!
