Anybody have problems with Auctiva or other listing sites?

I switched to Auctiva around mid January for my listings on Ebay. Lots of things I like about the listing services including the templates etc.
However, ever since I've made the switch (from the standard ebay listing format), I've noticed some different problems:

1.-some items get next to no hits when they should get plenty. An example would be I listed a wolfman puzzle that had exactly 1 hit in 7 days. A person could list "belly button lint looks like wolfman" and get more than 1 hit. Thing is, I'll re-list it and the next time get 30-40 hits.

2. All the bids are sporadically all coming from same place. All through Feb. and March, 90% of all my sales were to Australia. Now, all my items are selling to Canada. I've been doing ebay since 2003, I've never had this happen before, I really don't think it's "chance/coincidence".

anybody have any problems with ebay listing sites?

I use Auctiva and love it. I don't use it to monitor bids and hits though, but love the templates and image hosting and auto feedback, etc...

I sell alot to overseas buyers though, probably 40% or so. It's fine by me, never had a problem yet. on wood!
