I totally agree. I actually search more for hidden stuff than relatively common searches, just because most of the lines I collect are down to the rarer pieces. I've had a few nice scores but I've also had a few that I thought were never gonna be found that pretty much went for market value with numerous different bidders. Not much is "hidden" any more.

i know it was not hidden it just annoys me that people do that. just let the damn thing run it's course. i gerneally look for hidden gems as well and have scored a few times and also had ones i thought no one would find and then ended for big bucks. that's life
