Commander x figures?

Hello Fellow Mego heads

I came across 2 Commander X-figures. Western Knight and Barbary Knight
(sorry photobucket keeps freezing on me, I will upload the pictures later)

So I picked them up. They were mint on Card in a clam shel like the retro star treks.

Before you all laugh at me - remember I'm a rookie

But are these made by doc mego?
I never scene them on his site - also anyone know what they are worth?

and where I can see what the rest of the set looks like?
