I've been looking all over for a pair of functional handcuffs that will fit Mego sized wrists. No luck so far. Any suggestions? The handcuffs must work for the project I'm working on.

The old Empire super hero vehicles (Bat-Lab, Batcopter, Spider-Van, etc.) came with little cases of equipment and I believe handcuffs were part of the accessories, although they were bright yellow plastic.
I think I found what I needed from a Mattel wrestling figure. Thanks for the suggestions, fellow Museum Members.
The LJN SWAT and Rookies accessory packs came with grayish handcuffs.
Most of the ones I've seen are permanently closed, however there is a Rookie variation I've seen that has a little hinge that swings open. Those are pretty hard to find.
Of course, you could just get a "permanently closed" one and using an exacto cut one side to make your own hinge.
Be careful though. Those things are fragile!!

Check those 50 cent machines outside the grocery stores...one of them sells small mego sized metal handcuffs that open and close...if I can find my pair I'll take a pic...

i found the same ones as in the pic above,but used an old necklace as the chain. i don't know how much i spent on the venting machine i found them in before i got a couple of pairs.
Someone gave out metal Mego scaled hand-cuffs one year at Mego Meet. Not sure who it was. Could have been one of the members named Derek, (not the one who cleans clothing).
