Black Genius does, but after all the years of the guy owning them he left the battery in the compartment and it ruined it. So unfortunately the helmet doesn't work anymore.
In Italy isn't hard to find these helmets (you can find them with "TH3 CASCO").
TH3 line had no a great success and it isn't a desiderable toys-line for italian collectors.
The value is about 30/35€, but many of those remain unsold.
