I'm at work, so all I've got in my pockets is my work badge. As soon as I get to my desk, I take out my keys, wallet, and phone and lock them up. Any change I've got goes right in my change drawer. I hate having stuff in my pockets when I'm sitting at a desk.

In my front right pocket I always have the two keys to my front door on a simple loop keychain with no ornaments and my Fisher Compact Bullet Style Space Pen.
If things are missing I can't function. I'm a little bit like the dude in the movie "Memento" - if things are not where they need to be I get lost.
Since I don't carry a purse, (my mom was mugged twice and had her purse snatched once), in the right front pocket I carry:
my inhaler
hand sanitizer
lip balm
keys
in my left front pocket I carry my wallet.
