    Heart Mid Seventies Birthday Party

It's a real shame that the film doesn't include present opening because with the Superman cake and Superfriends decor, you KNOW it was a Mego fest.

Talk about bringing back old memories. I loved birthday parties growing up.

Yes, those were the days....Birthday parties at home--in the backyard or house. Kids have lavish birthday parties today. It was a big deal to have M&Ms on the birthday cake made by my mother. We never gave a present or goodie bag to the kids leaving our party. Thanks for sharing this great video!

Wow, what a cake! And those kids were so happy to have Superfriends plates! My cousins here in CA had a swing set like that. I always wanted a back yard and a swing set.

And I remember going to birthday parties at my friends' houses. Corny hats, goody bags, cake and ice-cream...those were the days!

Luv how the kids got excited over the plates. I don't think the kids of today would get like that.
If a Mego figure of God did not exist, it would be necessary for EMCE to invent him.

That looked like every party I had in the 70's. Awesome.
Last week The National Native American Museum celebrated its 25th anniversary. It was then relocated to Oklahoma to make room for the new Christopher Columbus Museum.
