Did they instate a new policy and nobody noticed/they didn't tell anyone/they cribbed the specifics?

I 've actually had very little trouble with Ebay or PP over the years fortunately but the few times I have I can tell you an actual phone call goes a long way.
In the last instance, I used "Buy it Now" for $300 figure and the transaction was held up b/c I don't usually spend that much. Despite all the rules on PP website to get the hold lifted I called and had the hold lifted right then and there over the phone.
i just sold my first item and they held the money for about 2 weeks , aweek after the itrem was recieved and we i had gotten positive feedback. i waited until the money cleared to leeve buyer positive feedback. now i have 2 others the money is waiting on. When does ebay take thier cut.after the auction or at the end of the month?

I think if you don't sell a certain amount they put a 2 week hold on your funds. it is happening to me and I have had an account for years.
ahaaha! ..or a request for refund (after all the money's gone).
The complete fees come at the end of the auction after payment and shipping is printed, but you don't have to pay those until they invoice you at the end of the month. The end of every month is when payment is due.
There's also a spot under accounts where you can pay whatever you want at any time (you can even pay ahead).
I usually pay all my fees right away after my latest spat of auctions, so I don't spend the all money before they invoice.![]()
