    SP: My Auctions

Ebay is boring, so what better time to put something interesting on?

I'm going to start selling a few things, beginning with these two ward's exclusives I featured on the blog. Both begin at $9.95, so reserve, go nuts if you are so inclined.

Nice, I was admiring those guys! I'll take a shot at them.

Thanks, you'll probably get them. As rare as they are, I'm not sure how many folks these days collect Fighting Yank stuff.

Just a quick reminder bump, these tough guys end today and are going for an absolute song. Well, not one song but maybe the cost of an LP these days, do the kids still use that term?

I'm surprised these have jumped a little more than this. Even if you do not collect these, what a great investment to have! Mailer boxes are sweet!

Some of us just like to wait until the last minute.

Well, they went up somewhat, but I'm guessing you were hoping for more. I put a bid in on both but lost out (I was the second highest bidder on Yankee Bravo, in case the winner flakes out ). I think they are really cool figures, appreciate their history, etc. but to be honest, I'm not much of a Fighting Yank collector so they wouldn't really "fit" in with the rest of my collection, other than being Megos. If I was more of a Fighting Yank collector I would have bid harder on them though.

I'm totally copacetic with the outcome, I think had this been 10 years ago there would have been fireworks. I put this up having no insight into the current state of FY collectors so it's cool and somebody will be happy.

Normally I keep everything but I don't collect FY stuff.
