Awesome stuff! I am hoping to get some custom stuff out to him soon. If you go through his forum section you will find this pic: He's da man!!!!!!!!!!! He has used shorter flock on these to excellent effect.

I just got back three GI Joe Adventure Team heads from Ray at Flock Concepts. I'd post a picture, but basically, they look like mint AT heads. I was really impressed. What I gave him were three beat to snot heads I 've had since I was 7 years olds, and what he sent back looked new. Anyway, I highly recommend him. And he's not expensive, so why go through the pain of setting up your own flocking flock system? I mean, who has the flocking time, anyway?
I just checked out ray's site. pretty cool. he mentions that the 40th heads and HOF heads will loose flock if you heat them, i could not find any reference to vintage Joe heads having this issue. any one know?
