The Avengers. OK, I am offically putting the blinkers on.

Ok, the Avengers premiered yesterday followed by more and more pics and footage. I have followed and enjoyed all the hype so far with lots of ad campaigns going out everyday and i commend Disney on all the product placement etc. I am really looking forward to this movie and with just over two weeks before it comes out over here in the UK on April 26th, I am officially putting the blinkers on

Before i ruin the whole movie for myself

All mouth-watering goodness that makes me even more excited. They don't even give anything away. At least, not to me.

Speaking giving stuff away, anybody else read the interview with Whedon where he reveals the alien race? For the record, and I swear to God I'm not lying about this, my guess was correct.

Don't worry Clem, I watched all those little previews and vignettes and I was lucky enough to get to an advance screening yesterday and I can honestly say it didn't affect my enjoyment at all.

I was walking with my son last night and asked him if he'd like to come home and watch clips of the Avengers before bed. His answer?

"No thanks, I don't want any spoilers"

He's 9 and smarter than his old man.

The sad thing is I'm not seeing the overload on TV or the web as much as I am here.

I'm on cruise control until the movie hits the theaters.
