This is a very hard to find example from the Lilli Ledy 8" "Guerrero del Espacio de la Mierda" figure line... It's a Glow variant of El Derppo.
Harbert is rumored to have released a similar line in Italy under the name "Giocatollo Dello Spazio di Schifezza." If I come across any packaging I'll let you know.
