I was at a show yesterday with Rob (Spyweb007) and we saw carded Robin and Spiderman figures that were very similar to these. I wish I had paid more attention to them but they were made a lot like these were. I remember seeing some Spidey stuff at a Flea Market a couple of years ago but it had movie type artwork on the packaging. They were also a blow mold design but a couple inches smaller than the ones we saw yesterday.
