I found these 2 guys in teh wild... an antique shop in PA. I havent seen em before and cant find out anything about em. The box flap sez to collect them all and I'd like to do what teh box tells me. Can anyone tell me about these guys and maybe where I can get some? No love on Ebay atm.

I had a couple of them when they came out. I know I had Washington and Nathan Hale. I put the Washington clothes and head on a Mego. The head does not have a plug, it has a hole so it had to be crafted. The body is pretty cheap hollow plastic with only movable arms and legs.
I think if I am not mistaken they came out around 1976 for the bicentenial.
I bought mine at K-Mart, they were not in the toy section but were in bins up by the checkout isles. Targeted audience was more like grandmas or something (less action figure and more doll-like.)

They are very cheaply made figures for the bicentennial. I did an article of the them awhile back with a lot of pics.
