Mego Meet 2012 link

I will be going this year, the first time since 2007. I have been too busy the last few years (had a baby, moved twice, bought a house...). This will be the first year I will be driving there. I plan on making a mini vacation out of it. My wife and I really enjoyed Wheeling (the WV prison tour, moundsville, the house tour, Marx museum and fosteria museum) MegoMeet is really worth the trip.

I am in with a table - I will probably bring Lily again.
AS always, I'll stay at a friend's house - this is nice that I get to catch up with him and it is free, but I always feel like I am missing out on summer camp by not staying at the Super 8.

I was able to get a non smoking room today (at least, that's what they told me)...I'm going to bring a spray air freshiner just in case...also going to be there thursday for a change!

I'm in on Wednesday so I don't have to rush and can just relax for an evening before the madness begins. I might also be working on customs in my room last minute as well. Afte the past year I've had, I need this badly.

If I had known you were going in early I could have booked a day earlier. We could have enjoyed the high living Wheeling night life. Sorry I just shot milk out my nose while trying not to laugh. I'm sure cow tipping is high on the list.

Makes me wonder what the local strip clubs are like, though...

I am in for the cow tipping too. Heck, I would even go to some farms and knock some cows on the ground.
