Yeah, they really should have made one like that. The Microman one is nice, I really should be picking that one up too. I do have the Bandai 6" one, and it does look pretty damn cool.
I don't know about "best" but the most expensive and desirable is the large Bullmark vinyl from the 1973. But a bagged one is hell to find and you'd probably have to sell a body organ to buy it:
