There is a nice book published by TwoMorrows called "Age of TV Heroes". Hammond is interviewed, and he looks back on the show fondly. Seems like a nice guy.I've always wondered how Hammond felt about the role looking back on it.
Good score if hes able to get it autographed.

Classic TV, Classic show, should be released on dvd, wonder why it has not yet been released.
Hammond brought Spidey to life in the 70's, so I will always have fond memories of him. They did the best they could at that time and that worked pretty good for me. I just wished they didn't have him crawling like a crab instead of a spider. But it would be a great experience to be able to get his autograph. Fond memories and from what I have heard, a very nice fellow. Congrats!
It's not how hard you hit, but how hard you can be hit and still move forward.
Just plain awesome.
I have a few episodes on VHS. Makes me laugh. It's so bad it's good. Plus it gave me a quote I use all the time. "That yo-yo jumped out the window!". Peter had to make a quick exit to change in to Spider-Man to fight two guys in matching ADIDAS wear...
They use to show the Spiderman movies on TBS all thru the 1980's. I remember a few of the storylines being pretty good, Im not sure how I'll feel about them now though. From what I remember it was a pretty good try for what im sure wasnt much of a budget.
