    I had this card (maybe still have it burried somewhere) and briefly noted there was something sticking out of 3PO's waist but didn't give it too much thought.

    Weird.

    It's called the "golden rod" card. Most people want this as a novelty to show off in their collection. Its actually very common (yet sought after) and most complete sets contain this card. The real rarity in the original Topps set is actually not with this #207 as it was mass produced but with the corrected #207 card. The green series was well into production by the time the error was caught and far less of the non-penis correction version were made and are quite rare but the x-rated card will outsell the g-rated card every time.
