    What a day.

Well, I am currently without transportation of my own. Every weekend, my dad and I go picking together. Today he had to work and lo' and behold: this is the weekend where I see countless Craigslist garage sale postings mentioning vintage toys (first weekend in a while). Even Mego! Something you never see.

So anyway, I decided I'd just search for ones walking distance, even though I hate going to sales in my own town as they usually have crap. After clicking on a few, I was about to give up. Then I clicked one last one and it mentioned "old action figures". OK, game on. I'll walk to this one. But then I realized: my damn wallet was in my dad's card! Lucky I had $40 stashed away.

Sale started at 10:00 so they said. I got there at like 9:00 and they were already set up.

I carried THIS home (arms hurt)

There is more under all of that, and so MUCH of it is 100% complete.

To think: I would of never even went had I not clicked every ad. Most likely better than any score I would of made today. Only TWO blocks from my house.

Sadly, they had more (some Rambo stuff, Nintendo and Atari systems with a ton of games, some LJN Wrestlers). But even if I haggled on the $40 Joe and Transformers stuff, I would of not been able to carry it. She said she'd hold it, but like a dope I said I'd just come back and see if it will still be there.

  4. Good finds. Its a good thing you decided to walk. Youve been finding alot of voltron lately, havent you?

I have yes. I'm going back later. Hopefully the rest of what I wanted is still there.

hit my first tag sale of the season and scored this for $1.00

bit beat up but for a buck well worth it

  8. MOTU figures for cheap is always cool. Thats why I dislike my local flea market, it usually only has the newer toys.
