Star Trek accurate badges for 8 inch megos/EMCE

Hey, I didn't know exactly where to start this thread but here it is. Does anyone here or does anyone here know anyone who can make TOS Star Trek badges accurate with the Command, Science/Medical, Engineering symbol in the center of the badge like playmates did their's on the 9 inch figs? I thought someone had some at some point or another, inquiring minds want to know!!! Thanks All just trying to better my megos I'm feeling the Love again!!!

Try TheToyRoom or ThatBatmanGuy. I think one or both has made them in the past.

Hmmmm....

For mine, I got one of them window stickers from the CAA (the Canadian version of AAA) cut it down, and added the symbols with pen. Glue them on with fabric paint, since the adhesive used on them won't stick to fabric so good.

Anyone ever try an embroidery machine? I know for the size of insignia you would need for a Mego shirt you might run the risk of a mess, but I've seen some nice embroidery work in the past.

I've dabbled, but I can't quite get the hang of it. (Which is why my Cobra squad is still shirtless....) It'd be tough to put one on an existing uniform: you gotta stretch the fabric or else it gathers (is that the correct term?) and ends up bunching up funny. It'd be easier to put the emblem on whole cloth, and cut the pattern around it. (Although it MIGHT be possible to rig up some sort of anchor line system to put one on a regular outfit.)
