Which KISS scale will you be buying? 8 or 12 inch figures?

I'm going with the 8" figures, initially. Curiosity may eventually win out and I may pick up one of the 12" figures.

The same goes for me. With all of this Mego goodness space is quickly becoming an issue.

Both 8 & 12. Depending on the quality of the heads/hair...possible multiples for customs. Will probably hold out on the multiples of the 12" versions just to see what the quality & detail is like on their upcoming lines.

I think the price of the 12" set is reasonable as long as the quality meets or exceeds the original line.

If I remember correctly, weren't 12" Megos priced at about 3x the amount of the 8" versions ($10-12 vs. $3-4)? In this economy 55.00 seems like alot to pay for a 12" figure, however 22.00 for 8" figures is as comparitive.

I'm only interested in the 8" figures. I have no interest in any larger sized figures. It's not an issue of price. I'm just not into them.

Do you really think that Gene's charge for licensing will allow these figures to come down in price eventually? That guy can't move without falling over a bucket of cash. Paul McCartney, Alice Cooper and Ian Anderson are the only ones who can compete with him when it comes to making money.

Everyone that pre-ordered the figs from me took the 8". I didn't presell a single 12".

I'm getting the 8" ones. I've never owned the 12" ones and the 8" fit in with the rest of my collection (plus they are cheaper!)

I will prolly buy them individually so the sting is not so great.

I just went to their site to preorder one figure.
Shipping to my zip code was 12.99 which brought my order to $73!
Ouch.
I tried shipping on the four pack, and it was 18.99.

I will not buy separately as I thought...not paying that much for shipping. Nope. No way.

Wow! Now that is sky high shipping. I will be ordering from someone else. Too many vendors soak up extra revenue by charging outrageous rates on shipping for things that should cost half as much, if not more.
