I'm trying to get started collecting the WGSH MM cards, but I have no idea how to get some cards so I can start trading. It seems like I remember someone saying you get a starter set of MM cards by purchasing the 1978 Reimagined Catalog. Is that correct? I would even be willing to purchase some cards directly, but from reading the forum, it seems buying them is frowned upon. Any help or ideas on how I can get started collecting would be appreciated.

Not to memtion that it's an awesome showcase for some of the custom work that goes on around here. Wish I had just a fraction of the mad skillz some of these guys possess. What's really cool about this? How many of these figures have actually been released or announced since the publication of this thing. it's like a crystal ball.
