Has anyone ever made a custom Pinhead?

I'm starting a Pinhead from Hellraiser and wondered if anybody had tackled this guy in the past. If so I would really like to see pics. I have a 2 week deadline on it which kinda makes it rough. The costume details and what I'm concerned about, the good thing is that if I stay true to Mego, the details mean so little.
