Delta Force

I really want to make my first custom, and would like to make an 8 inch Chuck Norris from Delta Force (black jump suit, white rope across shoulder). What I am wondering is if someone could suggest a head that might work. I know I can get the suit, flags, weapons boots, rope, even a motorcycle, but not sure what blond bearded man might work for his head. Looking for any suggestions.

worse comes to worse you can get a basher and steal the head from one of these similar scale toys:

The blue and white Karate Commandos figure has a head band on it just like the scene where he comes out of the water in one of the missing in action movies. That would work cool.
