Great my butt. This show will be a thorn in the side to everyone that's a toy hunter. It's hard enough these days with people thinking they are sitting on gold.

This is just total domination on the part of this guy. Mike Wolfe gets over 1,000 emails a day from people wanting to sell him stuff. Now this guy will be cleaning up on 70s and 80s toys.
They convinced someone to buy their show. I'd rather be doing that than my real job. So more power to them. Really. Can this hurt the toy market as much as eBay? I see lots of things I'd like to buy on eBay, but 99% of the time it goes for more than it's worth to me. I didn't personally enjoy this show as much as American pickers. Mike and frank are entertaining. Most of the time it seems they are dealing with hoarders, and therefore willing to except 50% of what things are worth.
I disagree, I think by having shows like this it introduces younger generations to our collectibles who in turn will buy this stuff from us(me) when it is time for me to sell. I will also educate some of those tools who try and sell beat up Hot Wheel Redlines for example for $40 dollars because they are from the 60s but are worthless. This show will help educate buyers and sellers and hopefully bring up the value of some toys that value has fallen in the last few years, I think it is a great concept and I look forward to all of it

I and would think any "buyer" of any product would add these on. I'd put money on these fees being on this guys final sale to his customers.
I think offering a collector, Who cared for and protected an item for decades; A lowball offer is an insult! Condition is the factor that reduces an items value only.
