Mego Scale Stretch Armstrong

I thought I read on here somewhere that someone was planning on shrinking a Stretch Armstrong head down to mego scale?

Has anyone ever done that here?

I remember reading that thread too. I think it was a discussion about someone wanting to make one. But, like so many custom plans, I don't believe it ever got done.
