It would be hilarious if next week's award show was actually treated like an award show.....with mego's announcing the nomminees and saying "and the winner is..."

I can see you guys holding a Darkseid now making him give his acceptance speech in your best Darkseid voice.

    That would be priceless.

I actually do a pretty decent imitation of Super Powers Darkseid, hurts the voicebox tho.

Enjoyable podcast. Thanks guys! What it must have been like to be a kid growing up on the business side of Mego. Just blows the limits of my mind thinking about it.

this one is my favourite podcast thus far. Very inspiring story about The Hunt for Tomland Monsters. That certainly is perseverance.

I personally would love to own a Pierre Elliot Trudeau mego figure. He should have been the first figure in the Canadian Prime Ministers series that the McFarlane Toys Canadian distributer produced IMHO. You'd be hard pressed to find any other Canadian Political figures as charismatic and beloved as he was. He really was responsible for carving out Canada's identity on the world stage and his legacies remain to this day.

I imagine Super Softies (Talking!) would look something like this...

Plus a shout out to Commander Tom and Uncle Bobby?!

I'm thinking Cjeffreys and Brazoo might be the only other folks that would really appreciate those references.
