Info about the "flesh body" Lizard?

....the "flesh body" Lizard figure. I found the original email from the person I bought it from on ebay in October of 2004! I just sent them this email:

    "Hi there,

My name is Lonnie Fisher and I bought a Lizard Mego figure from you in October of 2004 through EBAY. I was wondering if you have any, and I mean ANY information on where it came from? It is unique and unlike any other Lizard figure known to exist. It has a unique paint job on the eyes and has partial flesh colored limbs. Could you tell me where you got it and who you got it from? Please let me know any information you have as to it's history.

Thank you and have a great New Year!

    Lonnie Fisher

    megomuseum.com/community"

    Does that read okay?
I hope they respond and don't just ignore me! It's been a little over seven years, so let's see if they respond or not. I'll post any update as soon as I hear from him.

I'm trying to run a serious thread......really. I bought the figure from somebody named Yann Chan, and I'm hoping they remember where they got it from. The figure has to be a factory prototype of some sort....

If we know on thing about Mego production, it's anything is/was possible. Wouldn't surprise me a bit if it was a production error, I.e. ran out of green bodies. It would be awesome if you could get some back story on it though

I had the same problem earlier using my Wii. Makes more sense using my regular computer.

I added pictures to the first page of the thread. If you have Ben's Mego book, check out the eye paints and see the difference.

That's a early and rare version of the type 1 Lizard. I've seen a few and I man few of these. These where made breifly before the all green version. In my opinon this is rarer that a removable mask Batman or Robin.

That's pretty cool. I don't think I've ever noticed a flesh Lizard before. Guess I'll have to start checking all the T1 Lizards I come across now.

It is NOT an early production figure! It has a totally different paint job not using a paint mask. It had to have been hand painted, which wasn't done on the production line.
