Regular Hot Wheels here are sitting at .87 and .97 respectively. These cars are $4.99 each. Yeah too much. You can get an Arkham Asylum Batmobile for less than a buck but a gaudy paint job on a milk truck will cost you four bucks more. No thanks. If that four pack had been character specific vehicles I would have been all over it, especially after Christmas when all the unsold stock went on clearance at Wal-Mart, but random car number three with a Batman picture on it can forget about it, especially at that price.

I finally saw them. Well, three of them. Joker, Superman, and Green Lantern. The only one that made sense to me was GL. Hal would probably drive a Dodge Challenger. I guess these change colour in cold water or something but I'm not taking it out of the package.

Hal did drive one in the movie, which Hot Wheels released in it's authentic colors last summer.

Bumping this because I saw the cartoon ones at Kroger. Why did the Jetsons get a bus?

I seen the HOT WHEELS HANNA-BARBERA cartoon cars a couple of days ago at Wally's. All they had left was Hong Kong Phooey and another one that I already forgot what it was. The Scooby Doo Mystery Machine looks like a real keeper.

On a totally different note I just ran across these on entertainmentearth.com

Those are cool! I dig the HKP and the MM looks like a sweet ride.

You have to be 8 years old to play with these but only 3 years old to play with the GL car??

The age difference has to do with the fact that the Nostalgia cars are part of the collector series- higher price, premium wheels, etc.
