eBay help

Hello all

I really am losing the will to live with eBay and it's buyers.

I have sold a brand new complete repro superman figure.

Without any contact the buyer has left me negative feedback saying the "plastic box" is broken......I don't know what the plastic box is what they are referring to unless it's the blister.

The item was in perfect condition when it left me.

Would eBay remove this feedback as it is totally unjustified and I am a little bit suspicious this was purchased just to sabotage my feedback as the feedback was just left. Normally where there is a problem the buyer would always contact first?

I really am getting annoyed with eBay.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Btw....I've contacted the buyer , they are not interested.
