    Christmas Wishlist 1979

This is one of my more cherised items, a Christmas wish list I created in 1979 clipping items out of the Sears catalog. As you can see the Mego collecting bug was strong even then and I still can't spell millenium. As I recall it was a pretty great haul and yes, I got a new Cat Calendar, I obviously liked kitty cats when was nine.
This is from the back, I needed to show my grandmother what green Goblin looked like, believe it or not, she found it!

Have a Happy Holidays everyone, talk to you on boxing day.

I love the details. "Picture on back" "Not shown" "In picture too" and finally the hand drawn picture of the Goblin, priceless!

Is that a pumpkin bomb above GG's head perhaps? He sorta reminds me of The Grinch...

I think that's suppose to be a "1" above his head. Just a guess on my part since he's number 1 on the list.

LOL! This is GREAT! The Goblin picture, as everyone else said, is priceless! Makes you wonder how many WGSH your Gram has to fish through to find the Goblin! Lucky her! it must have been a boxed Gobby in 1979 right? That's one I remember seeing in the stores boxed quite a bit back then
Thanks for sharing this, appropriate timing considering I am about to head out to my parents tonight...whom also recived "Wish Lists" much like yours a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away! Great stuff! Happy Holidays!

It's 28 years later and you still draw like that.
