That's one part that I do like about this film, the brief shot of him looked like he was wearing 64 style fatigues, too.

If it was George Clooney with a beard and scar, I could see it....but a bald, smirking Bruce Willis doesn't resemble him in the slightest.

The failure was picking him as Cobra Commander in the first place , but now I hate when they switch someone out in a sequel
