Need advice/tips for gluing a Mego card txt

I'm gluing a partially separated Mego Spidey card back together (for my own personal collection) and I'm just wondering what kind of glue anyone who has attempted this before would recommend.

Here's what I was thinking: needs to be a permanent bond that would not yellow the plastic. I don't think Elmer's would work because of the long drying time.

I welcome your suggestions and thank you in advance.
