    Michael Myers

Since discovering the Mego Museum, one of my first ideas for custom figure was Michael Myers from Halloween. I thought he'd be a good "easy" starting point. Shatner Kirk head courtesy of Trappy (sliced off the sideburns and painted it gray for base), jumpsuit thanks to Theressa and a Zica body from Craig's two-for-one sale. The knife is cut from popcicle stick using POTA knife as template for size. Maybe I'll be finished by Halloween 2012…

    looks good so far.
Tomorrow is the most important thing in life. Comes into us at midnight very clean. It's perfect when it arrives and it puts itself in our hands. It hopes we've learned something from yesterday.

I had absolutely ZERO knowledge of custom toys until stumbling upon the Mego Museum. The custom section has provided a lot of knowledge and inspiration. Only tools I've used for this custom are an X-Acto knife and acrylic paint.

Looks like a great start!!! The main thing is to enjoy the process.

Thanks everyone for the positive feedback. It's been fun to jump into the customizing pool. Also did up this backer card using the Cast-A-Way cards available in the Museum...
