I finally got one! Plus I got him at almost 4 times less the asking price on Ebay and Amazon! I picked up GA and a MOTU Conan... I mean Vikor since I missed out on both of them before.

I'm only a few figures away from having all the RAH Superheroes, plus doubles on a few.

You can get some pretty good deals on Ebay and Amazon on the other guys right now. Someone on Ebay is selling cases of Wave 4 on the cheap that include Bats and Supes too.

According to the order page it states "Maximum order quantity: 99". Based on that I would say that they have a "few" left over.

I just saw that as well. So the question is answered i think. Matty pulls figures to try and dictate the secondary market.
