Doc Mego sells a Mace, no idea on an hourglass and you might find a good size owl from Safari Limited http://www.safariltd.com/ also try the company Schleich for anamils that can be Mego sized.

Someone's making JSA characters! For my Doctor Midnight, I used the owl from the DC Direct Tim Hunter figure. He's not huge, but I think he looks pretty good. Plus, he has a magnet in his feet that you could stick to the Tim figure's shoulder. If you have a small magnet that will fit inside a glove, you could easily display the owl perched on the character's wrist/forearm.

Thanks for the idea for an hourglass, Jessica. I used the owl from the Snowbird Alpha Flight figure from TOybiz.
Tomorrow is the most important thing in life. Comes into us at midnight very clean. It's perfect when it arrives and it puts itself in our hands. It hopes we've learned something from yesterday.
