Hey, I had that same Cookie Monster when I was little. The string brings his arms in so it looks like he's patting his tummy. And I have Ernie now, (thanks JohnnyStorm), and one of my kids today (upon my return to work) said, "Did you bring the Ernie puppet?"

I had three out of those four pictured as a kid. I wanted the Roosevelt one, too, but I had to decide between Cookie and him and Cookie won out.
