its not a 7.0 by far if it was it would be worth about $70 or so. I think it would grade at 4.5 or so maybe alittle higher but i know its not a 7.0 with that in mind id pay around $10 maybe $15 at most. Its up to you. I buy as low as can so can resell to get a better grade.
