Left a carded mego in the wild. Did I err?

I left a carded Ponch at Value Village. Price $13. Might be driving past today and I'm wondering if I should pick it up, maybe good for trade bait?

I can't imagine not snatching that one up. Every collector instinct in me is bewildered at your action. Not hating on you but simply unable to comprehend leaving a dirt cheap carded Mego in the wild... regardless of which character.

Now it makes a lot more sense. 3 & 3/4 changes the game a bit. I'd probably have passed at first too. Mego's 3&3/4 have never impressed me so I'd probably let it go if no one I knew wanted it.

Value Village doesn't do offers, unless they differ from their US counterpart Savers. They are like Salvation Army stores but they are affiliated with the Big Brothers/Big Sisters organization. Tough when you see something in the wild and pass on it. I also don't do the 3 3/4 inch figures but I probably would have grabbed it just because.

I would have snagged. I fell sad leaving them in the wild, more so when they are cheap. I picked up a half nude, beat up Zira not long ago in an antique shop cheap. A Tin Man too. They just needed a good home.
