ID this Galoob 1994 vehicle please?

Am I becoming a pest with this? Anyway. I thought this was a Micro Machine but I cannot find any reference on it web-wise. Folded up its like 5"x6". There are tiny foot-pegs everywhere for little action figure.

Its another Goodwill find. I got lucky cause I was able to find the 2 projectiles for it buried at the bottom of the same bin.

I'm starting to believe this thing will never be identified. I found a Wiki page on Galoob that listed some of thier product lines. Taking that info. I cross checked it through ebay and YouTube. None of the images provided there match this toy. I got no idea where else or how to check this thing out!!!???

I spent about 30 minutes the other day trying to ID.. found the same wiki as you did, and went thru as many lines as I could. No luck. I was thinking maybe a vehicle for the Zbot line, since that fits with the 1994 date, and Zbots were a pretty prolific line for them..

But I couldn't find a match, and it doesn't really even look like the same style..
