    Yes but as a kid I never really noticed it. When I look back at old photos of my family I find it kind of jarring. Normal is a majority thing. I also find much of what I wore in the early ninties embarassing and awful.

    I mean really, white jeans?

    Yes we did. I remember wanting a pair of these jeans so bad. (never got any). But you know, I like the 70s look. The 70s were bold and ostentacious, and everything and everyone felt larger than life. It was basically a celebration, b/c that decade was the first time in a long time that no one was thinking about war. I know sometimes even I poke fun, but looking at these catalog shots just remind me of a happier, simpler time.
