The second playset could be the Marvel Spiderman & Hulk Adventure City set. I think around 1978 Playschool also made a cardboard Spiderman playset.

Would you consider scanning them and uploading them?

I'm still waiting for someone to scan me the amsco marvel world, so I can resize it for both 1/18th scale and mego scale use.

I am definitely a fan of the cardboard playsets. I only wish I could have afforded to get into the Dida worlds when they were happening.

Revisiting Star Wars for some domestic goodies this time.
                    First is the Sears Cantina.

This was followed by another playset of the interior.

                    Next came the Cloud City.

I consider this to be one of the best designed cardboard playsets ever because it works in 3 dimensions.

Flat scans of these and more can be found at Ericstormtroopers Imperial Gallery.

Yep, I've built a few of those repro star wars sets for my sons.

He has a couple of Tattooine backdrops that could be used to compliment the Cantina nicely.

I only have a B&W copier at work, so this is just a test enlargement. It is not quite up to 1/18 scale yet but I think I can get it there on a single page.

I also found this scan of the Planet of the Apes Amsco spaceship.

I cleaned it up and enlarged it as much as I could on a single page. I may go 1 page per image.

those are cool and all, but someone out there has to have the amsco marvel world so we can get scans of it.

Yes we know, and it has it's own thread which you have chastized me for posting about other related sets in, but this isn't that thread, I started this thread, and it IS about other related AND unrelated playsets, so it is equally inappropriate for you to belittle those posts here. Doing so only makes you a hypocrite.
