Need a little help from Super Powers experts

I have a couple 5" loose figures (Superman, Bats, etc) but I can't recall what line they were part of. I picked them up around '88-'91. The only marking is a copyright notice 1985. I think they were Super Powers but Toy Biz did a 5" DC line in '89 that looks about the same as SP. (Did Toy Biz re-use Kenner's molds?) What are the big differences between the two lines? Or can anyone point me to a site that has the info? Sorry if this something that's common knowledge but I just don't know.

Best way to tell the difference is Toy Biz figures had visible metal knee pins, Super Powers are hidden.

Also doesn't the Toy Biz figure's action features work by putting the limb in place then pushing a lever. Where Super Power figures you squeeze their arms or legs together to make their features work

The simplest way to tell is that Toy Biz Super Powers don't have peg holes in their feet. Here is an entire page on the subject that lists more differences:
