The DC rebirth Batman, especially the JLA one is not what I would refer to as "decent looking"

I'm not thinking in regards to a re-birth of Mattel's line or which characters might lead the resurgence. I just keep thinking. There's gotta be a bunch or those raw body's out there somewhere in a warehouse, waiting to be assembled. Raw stock pieces that will never be assembles into the finished product. I keep hoping that someone could buy these raw parts (Bodies, Heads, outfits and boots). I hope someone could sell these pieces, separately so as to not interfere with any Licenses. I would love to have a chance at those spare parts...

Yes Joe, I know what you think is a "decent looking" Batman. But I'll just leave it that we are in disagreement.

          >I doubt that would be the costume they would choose to make

Me too, since the "classic" design is the one with the most public exposure.... er.... you know what I mean. And you'd have a helluva time getting the new outfit to stay on the figure.

Just to clarify, I'm not just thinking DC Heroes when I say retro-action, but the possibility of these style figures and bodies being re-used in another line down the road. After all, Mattel is well known for re-using sculpts and parts from one line to another, makes sense to try and recoup the development costs for the bodies if possible.

I'm hooding the female body gets repurposed for something like Disney Princesses, that would be plentiful and inexpensive.

I had been hoping for some new type of Big Jim release, but I'm not holding my breath.
                  It's all good!

Hawkman and Hawkgirl are at the top of my list right under Joker, Batgirl, Catwoman and Supergirl. Sorry, Robin is a lame character to me but I hope you guys that love him get him one day. I would be forced to buy him though to go with my Batman and complete my set.

I respectfully disagree with that opinion.

I'm behind on the toys as usual. I'm just now getting into these and that's the thing I keep thinking "man a Hawkman would be killer for this set. Robin is essential also. I just hope that the Super-Heros line is picked up and can continue going. Please!! Please!!!!!!!!!

Mattels Hawkman was going to be epic. Attendees at last years Mego Meet will agree with me on this.

they need to improve their bodies. my kid was so disappointed that his green lantern kept slouching and eventually fall over. not to mention, not able to hold a pose.
