I know most of you could care less about this. But the reason I bring it up, is because it harkens back to the days when ABC used to make a big deal out of 2 or 3-parters. The Six Million Dollar Man, The Bionic Woman, Happy Days...etc. When we watched the previews in anticipation of next week's episode. *sigh* I miss those days.

I thought this was going to be about the Rise of the Planet of the Apes.

It's also a watershed moment in network tv for shows that have transcendant moments where the show began to suck.

Thus "Jumping the Shark" became part of our venacular

^^^ There was even a X Files episode called Jump the Shark. And I just watched Fez jump the shark on That 70's Show spoof of the Happy Days episode.
Tomorrow is the most important thing in life. Comes into us at midnight very clean. It's perfect when it arrives and it puts itself in our hands. It hopes we've learned something from yesterday.
