    AAAHHHH!!!! Supercollector arrived!!!!

....like, mere minutes ago! (Am I first?)

    A few notes:

    The Good:
-TOTAL win! The figure is awesome, the body is great, the outfits are spectacular!
-The Megomuseum accesory is not only perfect to the design we've seen here over the years, but it's SOLID. Brick could serously concuss the Riddler with this thing!

    The Bad (ish?)
-It's recommended that you heat the heads to fit them in. No biggie, since it's a zillion degrees around here already.
-The Supercollector outfit takes some finessing to get on, but once you do it looks awesome! VERY superhero.
-The real downside? Purolator mangled the box, and lost the extra body I ordered. (*sniff*) Although having finally seen one, I gotta order a few more for the GI Joe heads I'm getting from True Dave. The body looks like a Mego 8"/oldschool GI Joe 12" hybrid.

All told, the figure puts me in mind of what Mego 8" figures would look like had the company survived to this day. The body is a much improved 8", but still "feels" Mego, and the outfit is just like an old Mego, but seems much more tailored for the figure.

    Overall, well done! Bravo!

Now.... when's the NEXT one come out?

Yeah, it's a minor drag but it really is night and day once they are a bit warm.

Yes, it was clearly designed with the regular Doc Mego body in mind, it's not fun to put on but it does look good once done.

I'll replace the body, that really sucks what Purolator did.

    So happy to hear this.

The body is new? What is different about it?

It's the swivel arm body, it has a nicer shoulder range and is more "bicepy".

Yeah, it's darker complected but essentrially the same.

Oh, right. Cool. I thought that was the body, but I was confused.

....and solid. Good heft, fantastic posability. It FEELS like the old Joe bods, but it LOOKS Mego. I really hope this goes well, 'cos I'd love to see more figures. Being on the US' left coast, I won't get mine for a little while, but I think it is awesome that after usually waiting longer than most museum members, Canadians are getting their Bricks first!
