Little Green UFO Men of the 60s

My uncle had these little UFO flying saucer type toys they came with a little green alien. The alien had a body that was maybe an inch and a half tall and solid green plastic. The head was close to the same height and green rubber with if I am not mistaken a little curl of red hair on the forehead. They may have had pink circles on the cheeks. Anyone know what these are called?

Kozmic Kiddles? My dad bought a train car full of these in the early seventies for $.10 each

Interesting weird fact- few of these (four I think) were released in a smaller size in the 90s as keychains.

How that came about I don't know, but they looked exactly like their larger counterparts. Not sure why someone would retool them in a small size in the 1990s to use as keychains. Maybe in the 60s they were also available in that smaller size and these 90s keychains just used those old molds? I don't know.

By the way, these Kozmic Kiddles were part of a larger line called Liddle Kiddles. Here's some info.

I noticed a similar thing with Kinder Surprise Egg toys and “party favor” toys one can find at 99 cent stores. The first time I noticed it was when I scored some “Bruder Mini Astro Space Set” ships from a local kids/stationary store. Really well made, small and about 25 cent capsule size but clearly higher quality. Then one day I spotted neon versions of the same basic shapes—but smaller—at a local 99 cent store. Not too sure how the tooling process in bootleg factories works, but differences in scale abound in knock-offs.

I'll give you $.20 each for those Kiddles, Brian.

My wife had those as a kid, she loved them.
