I don't think it is possible. The only thing that you could try is Remove-zit. I have used it on other stains on the heads and it works great, just never needed to try on the bela's. If you want to use that body for something buy an uncle sam, I don't believe they have stained feet.

Same thing happened to one of my 12" Gi Joes , they had black socks on too.
Still, there has to be a way of boiling or bleaching maybe ???
The stains don't bother me so much but I am making a dozen custom characters , new uncle sam legs are something I cant budget.
There must be some way to do the opposite of Pit Dye boiling.
I tried "Oops!" If that did'nt do it then nothing will.
I remeber in SCUBA class they said we cant use old rubber gear with new silicone gear because if they lie on top of one another the old black rubber will leech into the newer clear silicone.
The Flatt Drac pigment is INSIDE the feet and shins. Leeching.
You can boil a color INTO PVC but can you boil one OUT?

This is unfortunately a fact... the dye has permeated the plastic. It's actually dying the plasticizer, the phthalates, that make the plastic itself flexible... The only thing that might (big might!) work is to use dilutted acetone. Start with 3/4 cup of water and 1/4 cup of acetone. Mix these in a glass container. Now dip the affected part in for few seconds and remove and gently wipe it down.
