Near Pioneer Square, I would recommend two places NEAR pioneer square since there are NO good pizzeria in Pioneer Square unless you want cheap cardboard stuff.
One is in First Hill, the neighborhood to Pioneer Square, just northwest.
PRIMO . The place is owned by my daughter's uncle and he knows his pies since he worked for many 'za places in town and is a major foodie. Plus the place is SNAZZY!
Second is Serious Pie which is owned by Tom Douglas. Super fancy pies. Long wait but worth it. Place is located in Belltown, the other side of Pionner Square. North end.
Not much good food in Pioneer Square unless you like mediocre filler stuff or if you want asian, the International district has plenty to choose from for evening dining.

I won't be available July 4th-10th but after that it will work.
Another venue would be nice. I still like the idea of going to Kangaroo & Kiwi in Greenlake. Dig me some Vegemite sandwich and chips.
But I'm open to anywhere!
